Archana Kumari is a director member of the leadership and governance team of Bluesky Dealcom Private Limited, where she serves on the Board of Directors. In this capacity, she contributes to the company’s strategic direction, long-term growth agenda, and broader vision for sustainable business development.
She believes in combining sound decision-making with a forward-looking approach to create long-term value for the company, its stakeholders, and the wider business ecosystem.
She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Magadh Mahila College, Women’s College, University of Patna. Her academic foundation complements her role as a Director, enabling her to contribute to the company’s governance, strategic planning, and organizational priorities with a balanced and considered approach

With an academic background spanning science, journalism, management, finance, marketing, law, and mass communication, Pritam brings a multidisciplinary perspective to leadership and decision-making. As a Director, Pritam’s vision is focused on building an organization driven by innovation, responsible leadership, strong communication, and sustainable growth. He believes in combining strategic thinking with emerging opportunities to create long-term value for the company, its stakeholders, and the wider business ecosystem.
His leadership philosophy reflects a commitment to forward-looking strategy, collaborative decision-making, and continuous innovation, with the aim of strengthening Bluesky Dealcom Pvt. Ltd. and positioning it for its next phase of growth.
He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Botany from the University of Delhi, a Post Graduate Diploma in English Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi, and a PGDM in Business Administration and Management, with specialisations in Finance and Marketing, from Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management, Pune.
